My future trip to Hawaii
I would
like to take a trip to Hawaii with my family one day because I am a fan of warm
weather and the weather there is beautiful most of the time. The flight to
Hawaii from Maryland with at least one stop would be probably somewhere between
13-15 hours. Hawaii is most known for its exotic flowers, the volcanoes that
are there and the people who live there are mixes of all different backgrounds.
It is the only state that is not located on the continent of North America; it
is located in the Pacific Ocean about 2,100 miles from the mainland of the
United States. For this trip I would need to bring sunscreen and clothes
appropriate for hot weather (i.e. shorts, bathing-suit, flip-flops and some
sunscreen). While on my trip I would
look forward to seeing the world’s most active volcano which is Mauna Loa, I would
also love to see some of the beautiful exotic flowers and it would be interesting
to see Hawaii’s amazing rain-forest that is full of different plants and animals
that we don’t see here in Maryland. In addition to the warm weather the water
is also very warm and inviting, especially for someone who has only experienced
the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean when going to Bethany beach or Ocean
City.
One of the
most enjoyable and fun experiences would be to go to a luau and taste all of
the many types of fruits and native foods while enjoying their traditional hula
dance that the locals put on. Another
thing that I would like to experience while there would be going on a nature
hike through some of the mountains and I would like to be able to see far and
wide from the high cliffs.
I hope that I
am lucky enough one day to visit this beautiful and highly exotic island full
of many wonderful adventures.
